How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on where you live.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across India. You’ll see it as an option at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat fee of ₹49 applies.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Some items, such as earrings and hair accessories, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see order status under My Account.
Which size should I pick?
Each clothing product lists its available sizes. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit. Not sure? Message us and we’ll help you choose.
How do I care for my jewelry and accessories?
Keep them away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, wipe gently with a soft cloth and store them in a dry pouch to keep them shiny.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can.
