Where We Ship
We currently deliver across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm that we deliver to your area.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after they are confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
